Then it took a whole week for the car to be delivered... poor communication to say the least. We had called the dealer multiple times to check on the status of the Jeep and were told that we had to talk with Tim...Well Tim was not working! We tried to talk to the sales manager thinking perhaps he could assist us but nope we had to talk to Tim...This was very frustrating. we ended up refinancing our loan to our own bank at 3.14% financing. We are very happy with our Jeep but will not be a returning customer at Imperial. More

Really Bad I actially had a deal in place for 2 vehicles (1 for me and 1 for.my wife) all that had to happen was them to follow through with the paper work. It was impossible to get call backs and schedule this to happen even after multiple attempts in my part and incredible lack of effort on theirs. Simply put this was the worst car buying experience of my life. Thw good news is I eventually went up thw road and bought 2 from Clark Motors and was incredibly pleased with them on all levels More

More
