Dave was very helpful following a bad experience at another dealership in which the vehicle I was to purchase at the other dealership was sold in the middle of my paperwork. I was hesitant and nervous another dealership in which the vehicle I was to purchase at the other dealership was sold in the middle of my paperwork. I was hesitant and nervous about going to another dealership, but I found a comparable truck at Imperial to the one I was to purchase elsewhere. Dave along with Sam Santrisi made me feel comfortable and worked with me to make a similar purchase happen at Imperial, going above and beyond to make it happen and put me at ease as well as within my budget. Both of these gentlemen were accommodating and certainly made me leave felling a whole lot better than at the other dealership. Not to mention I left with a better warranty package than I had expected. Given how uneasy I felt when walking in, by the time I left I felt as if I had been doing business with Imperial for as long as my family and I had been doing with the dealership I purchased my last 3 trucks from.
