When Jose realized this, he reached into his own pocket and bought my son and me dinner....and we're not talking about cheap fast food. As good as he was during the sales process, it's all the assistance AFTER THE SALE, that makes Jose stand head and shoulders above the rest. Most salespeople could learn a thing or 2 from Jose about being available in the first few days/weeks after a sale. My next vehicle was purchased at Central GMC in Norwood. I was not happy with the sales person, and never went there for service after my experience there. I returned to Imperial to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica for my family. I met with John in sales and he was more than happy and motivated to put me in the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no stress.
