Beginning with the test drive, Frank was very informative on the unique aspects of car buying at Imperial. His openness and explanations made it easy to make my decision to purchase there. Right thru to the final handshake, he seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with my car, and readily accommodated my requests for some items. He's already followed up twice to coordinate out of state registration transfer that couldn't be done on the Sunday I bought .
