My husband and I were fooled thinking this place was wonderful. called spoke to internet sales manager made appointment for following day to go see the vehicle we had inquired about. He gave me two names of people I would meet with when I got there. That didn’t happen they set us up with a very In personable sales man named abdule from when he had us sit down he made it seem like we were wasting his time. He stepped away for 15 minuets to find out about the car as we watched him helping another customer. Came back said someone was on a test drive with the vehicle we came to see and said we had to wait more we waited another 10 minuets for him to come back and say it was sold not once did it look like he actually was trying to get the car for us mind you I called before I left our house which is over a 1 hour 20 minuet drive such a waste of time and such a awful experience we knew from our first encounter with this salesman he thought we were a waste of his time. Would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. More

Called ahead to look at a used Ram 1500. Was told they had it and set up an appointment. I was told to ask for Aaron or Marc when I arrived. Drove an hour to see the truck and upon arrival I asked a sales had it and set up an appointment. I was told to ask for Aaron or Marc when I arrived. Drove an hour to see the truck and upon arrival I asked a salesman for Marc or Aaron. He said he wasn’t sure where they were but he could help me. I told him I called ahead about the truck and he asked what the stock number was. I had to look it up on my phone and give him the stock number, I also saw another truck I might be interested in as well and gave him that number. He said he would go grab the keys and be back. He came back a few minutes later and said he didn’t have the keys to either one, it must not have been processed yet and it was probably on the back lot. We spent 20 min walking around the whole dealership looking for the trucks and didn’t find either one. Wasted 2 and a half hours of my time for nothing. More

But when I went in today, I had to deal with the sales team; these guys were exceptional, they were helpful from start to finish easing my fears on the process.
