When I decided to purchase a new truck I looked at 3 different brands and dealerships, Toyota, Ford & GMC. At that time, I was not aware of the Imperial Car dealership in Mendon. A friend suggested I go different brands and dealerships, Toyota, Ford & GMC. At that time, I was not aware of the Imperial Car dealership in Mendon. Over the past 60 years, I bought at least 9 new and used cars and trucks; Buick, Lincoln, BMW, Mitsubishi & Toyota. None of those experiences compare to Imperial Cars. Mr. Kelly, a Sales and Leasing Consultant, demonstrated superb customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional and he guided me with integrity and a consciousness through the wide range of truck choices and options. I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for over a year and I found the one I wanted at Imperial in April. My salesman Shadi was very helpful and friendly. Amazing experience with Shadi!! When I went to Imperial I was undecided about what vehicle I wanted, though I have always wanted a Wrangler. I met Shadi who was very attentive and li When I went to Imperial I was undecided about what vehicle I wanted, though I have always wanted a Wrangler. I met Shadi who was very attentive and listened to my needs and that the vehicle would be used to teach my sons to drive on. I first drove a used Jeep Wrangler but it was more than we wanted to spend. I went back a week later with my son who is 6' 2" to make sure he would fit in whatever vehicle I bought. Shadi walked all around the lot with us to see what was available in the price range I wanted to be in. We test drove a Chevrolet Cruze which was affordable, clean and Shadi was going to give me a great deal on my trade-in. But I wasn't sure it was what we really wanted as it didn't have AWD and I think I was still set on a Wrangler. Shadi answered all the questions I had and did not push me into purchasing the Cruze. I went back 2 days later and told Shadi I wanted to buy the Wrangler, but it was sold. He again took the time to walk around the lots to see what Wranglers were recently added to their stock. I ended up buying a used Wrangler with only 10k miles on it, and feel I received a great deal. All three times I was at the dealership Shadi was very patient, attentive, easy going and really listened to what we needed. I highly recommend Imperial and Shadi. Thank you!! More
