I have been dealing with Imperial now for over 8 years. I had a lease for a 2022 Dodge Durango and needed to do a buyout on the lease. I sat down with Omar Abdalla to go through the process. He went through the process with me and explained in detail what I needed to do. He was understanding, professional and made the process as simple as possible. When we completed the initial process, he introduced me to Waseem Mutair as to writing up the contract. Waseem as Omar was professional and made the process understandable. in no time at all the contract was done and I was appreciative with Waseem and Omar with their patience. Went with my girlfriend to buy a 2022 jeep compass and was not impressed. The sales reps were very friendly as well as finance manager. Unfortunately I dont trust them at all their pricing online is very was not impressed. The sales reps were very friendly as well as finance manager. They also sold her the car without floor mats and somehow they lost the second key. The process of doing paperwork for financing and all other included paperwork took over 2 hours and was drawn out way too long. Overall in my opinion a very shady dealership and I would never personally buy a car from them even if it was my only option. More
