I came in later in the afternoon on a Friday to look at a car they confirmed was on the lot. Thomas looked high and low for the truck and no one could locate it through all three brands of dealerships Imper car they confirmed was on the lot. Thomas gave me the keys to a different trim level while he literally sprinted around the lot, phone in hand, searching the inventory to see what happened. This guy was a machine. I had my two family with me and he was kind and generous with them. We got to the bottom of the truck we were looking for, and I ended up settling on a different truck. At this point, the dealership was already closed but Thomas did not care, he wanted to make it right. I told him I wasn't in the negotiation mood, that I'm a numbers guy and he knew exactly what to do. We made a deal within 15 minutes that was fair for both parties given the economic climate of the truck market. Fast forward and he had the F&I guy queued up in 25 minutes. Thomas stayed till almost 9PM on a Friday night, helping me get my kids' carseats in the new truck and making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for anything better. More
