I have a few cars that I take for service at Imperial's Jeep dealership. The last two times I was there I dealt with Mike. Very outgoing, caring, remembers who you are, just overall nice guy (funny too). Jeep dealership. The last two times I was there I dealt with Mike. All of my dealings with Imperial were fantastic. Starting with Caroline Opinsky, the Internet Sales Manager who contacted me immediately when I inquired about a particular jeep and let me know when it arrive with Caroline Opinsky, the Internet Sales Manager who contacted me immediately when I inquired about a particular jeep and let me know when it arrived at the dealership. Andy Spirito in sales was patient with a first time car buyer and answered all my questions and expertly guided me through the process. And last but not least, Ahmad Al-Jallad worked with me in the finance department. He was extremely competent and was an entertaining gentleman to spend time with.
