I went to this dealership on Monday 2/17 to purchase a second car from them, I meet w/ Paul G., and he took our license and keys to get our trade appraised as we looked at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I e second car from them, I meet w/ Paul G., and he took our license and keys to get our trade appraised as we looked at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I explained to him that our trade was from them and it was purchased thru them two years ago.He wrote down a number for our trade that was $ 4,500 less than another dealer. I asked how he came up with such a insult of a trade number, and he explained that this was a back and forth process, he gives me one number then he goes back and forth till he gets us the best number. I said that is a joke, we are thousands apart. I asked for my keys and I just wanted out. They said I couldn't get my keys till I spoke to the front sales manager. He came over and I asked how he came up with such an insulting number. He said they didn't even look at it. They just wrote a number on the paper. What a joke facility if that is the way they treat repeat buyers. I had to demand my keys back and I left with my family. I did send a email asking the dealer to remove me from their data base and I did receive a call from another sales man to try and get me a better number for my trade. I asked for the sales manager to call me, a Mr. Mike P.. He did call me but refused to believe my story and had a asst. manager J.P. Carlo call me. Even management can't handle them self's correctly. The owner may do a good job with buying great publicity but his sales staff sucks. Plain and simple....... More
My experience at Imperial was great! The minute I walked in the door Joel Cohen was there to greet me. This was the first time I ever purchased a car on my own so "wheeling and dealing" were all new to me a in the door Joel Cohen was there to greet me. This was the first time I ever purchased a car on my own so "wheeling and dealing" were all new to me and I was very intimidated. Joel did not make me feel that way. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and boy did I have a lot! He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I even shared some personal stories with him! I would highly recommend Joel if you're in the market for a new vehicle. I also need to mention Mike [Walsh] in finance. . . . He was great at working with the banks to get me the best deal. He also advised me on what do in the future about re-financing and such. I would highly recommend Imperial . . . ask for Joel and Mike. You will be glad you did! More

I just want to thank the wonderful team at Imperial Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram for all of the help and the great experience I had buying my Jeep Overland. The sales department made the experience extreme Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram for all of the help and the great experience I had buying my Jeep Overland. The sales department made the experience extremely enjoyable and knew exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with how J. P. Carlo was able to take what I was looking for and turn it into something even better than I could imagine. I had been looking for a new Jeep for a while and talking to a few other dealers, but after working with Imperial I realized I was simply wasting my time with them. Karyn Ingram was also instrumental in making the financing process seamless, and she truly deserves much praise for her patience and also for making me feel like I was part of the Imperial family. She even came in on her day off to finish the deal—that is customer service at its best! I will send everyone I know to Imperial for a new car, and from now on the biggest decision for my next vehicle will be "what" to buy, not "where.” It will be at Imperial. More

While I enjoyed the experience, I must say that one of your employees, Christine Bolduc (warranty administrator), was exceptional. It is rare, indeed, to have an employee always on top of things and going the extra mile to facilitate a customer’s needs. Thank you for having Chris on your staff and running a first-class operation. She truly is an asset to Imperial. I must also add that Karyn Ingram in your finance office is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Sincerely, Margo Bik Blackstone, MA 01504 More
I am very satisfied with my decision to buy a new vehicle at Imperial Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. By researching the internet I narrowed my selection to a couple of vehicles but I wasn’t sure which deale at Imperial Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. By researching the internet I narrowed my selection to a couple of vehicles but I wasn’t sure which dealership to choose. The factors for choosing a dealership important to me are customer service, price and community service. The first sales person I dealt with at Imperial was Ed Kelly. Ed was able to answer all of my questions but he also provided the pros and cons of each vehicle I was considering. It was clear that Ed was trying to find me the best overall vehicle based on the criteria I told him. Ed’s no nonsense style and no pressure approach were most welcome. Ed gained my trust and I am very satisfied with the customer service he provided. Although I was satisfied with the customer service experience, I wasn’t sure Imperial could offer a competitive price. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, I received internet quotes from larger dealerships that advertised very aggressive pricing. I figured I could still beat the internet price but as one salesman said, there’s room for further negotiation in the hundreds but not the thousands. I also used online websites to get a better understanding of how much the average vehicle I was interested in was selling for. When I went back to Imperial to make a purchase, Ed wasn’t available so I negotiated with Marc Mastroianni. Marc was not only able to match the lowest offer I received but beat it! Fair to say based on all of my research, the price I paid was competitive. The last factor for choosing a dealership was community service. Actually, community service is how I first heard about Imperial Cars (not just Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram but Ford and Chevrolet too). Kevin Meehan is the owner, and he does an extraordinary amount for the community. Imperial Cars is small in comparison to the large dealerships in the greater Boston area, but Kevin does more for the community than the big guys. If you are unfamiliar with Imperial Cars or Kevin Meehan, you owe yourself the opportunity to give them the chance to earn your business like they did mine. More

My dealings with Imperial have been excellent. I bought a new truck (Dodge Dakota) after visiting all the RI Dodge dealers in 2005 and being turned off by their sales tactics. One dealer's salesman wouldn't new truck (Dodge Dakota) after visiting all the RI Dodge dealers in 2005 and being turned off by their sales tactics. One dealer's salesman wouldn't honor the Farm Bureau discount, saying his "price was already low enough.” Another wouldn't tell me what his price was because I'd "just go somewhere else and take a lower price, if it was offered.” After exhausting the RI dealers in my search for honesty and fairness, I went online and found Imperial, and it had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I went to the dealership and talked to a Ms. Dearborne. She demonstrated the honesty and fairness I was looking for. She beat the RI dealers’ prices and gave me the Farm Bureau discount. Needless to say I bought it. I’ve been thinking about a new truck for a year or so. Unfortunately, Dodge quit making the Dakota, which is what I wanted, so I was undecided about what to do, or what manufacturer to buy from. I looked at Ford, GMC and Dodge. I liked the Rams, but with the new features they weren't fully stocked or discounted enough for me. I decided to wait . . . until I passed a truck in the Imperial lot and checked it out. It was a 26,000 mile 2011 that was loaded with everything I wanted. I had to check on it. Chris Gates was most helpful and professional as my salesman. I bought it. Within a year or two I will want a new truck, and the dealer I'll be shopping is Imperial. No one else will I trust with my business. My son is now asking where I bought the beautiful truck. He drives Toyotas, but I think he may be an Imperial convert. More
We are writing about our wonderful car buying experience at Imperial Chrysler. It began months ago as a family adventure to purchase our 16-year-old-daughter her first car. While we had the exact model and at Imperial Chrysler. It began months ago as a family adventure to purchase our 16-year-old-daughter her first car. While we had the exact model and color selected, where to purchase the vehicle was an unknown. Aside from finding the “perfect car,” the most important thing for our family was to make the car buying experience fun and memorable. In came Imperial Chrysler. From Lou Frasca, who went outside during the heat wave to secure additional photos of the vehicle for our review, to Sharon Reed, who provided the utmost personal attention, Imperial Chrysler met our needs perfectly. The most endearing part of all was the relationships that were fostered. Lou introduced himself to our family and actually spent time getting to know us. Sharon took a sincere interest in our daughter’s driving test results and called for regular status updates. She delivered the car with red balloons and even took photos. Sharon made our family feel as though we purchased the car from a friend—and we did! As business owners ourselves, we understand and appreciate the importance of great staff. Imperial Chrysler is very fortunate to have Lou and Sharon in this regard. Our daughter’s first car is “perfect,” but most importantly Imperial Chrysler, Lou, and Sharon made the car buying experience fun and memorable. More
