My wife and I visited Imperial Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram on March 7, 2014. We were interested in trading our 2011 Wrangler in for a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. We decided to take a ride to the dealership located Mendon which is approximately sixty miles from home after viewing their large inventory of Jeeps at imperialcars.com. I am an experienced car shopper as I have purchased over a dozen vehicles over the past twenty years and I have had a few unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. I wanted this experience to be positive and fun while finding the right Jeep for us at a great price. Upon arrival at the dealership we stopped at the sales manager's desk and I asked to be introduced to the most charismatic and down to earth salesman that he has to show us a new Rubicon. Drawing from my experience, I wanted to find a sales consultant that would be a good fit for us and keep the process fun. The manager thought for a moment an then he introduced us to Marc Mastroianni. Marc far exceeded our expectations for customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. Marc was more concerned with finding the right Jeep for us than just getting a sale that day. In the end we ordered a 2014 Rubicon to get exactly the options that we wanted despite the great selection on the lot. We were offered a fair value for our trade in line with KBB pricing while paying far less than MSRP and even less than invoice pricing. Marc made the process very easy and he provided us with his cell phone number so that we could call or text him with any questions through the delivery process. While waiting to have our trade in appraised, we were surprised when Sales Manager, David Mello treated us to a great lunch with a gift card for the Miss Mendon Diner located next door. (Thanks Dave) We are now waiting for our new Rubicon to be delivered from the factory. I expect that the delivery will be as seamless, transparent, and fun as our sales experience was. Marc has kept in touch with us just to keep us updated on our order. So far, our experience at Imperial has been excellent. If you want to shop for a new Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep or other used vehicle I highly recommend Sales Consultant Marc Mastroianni. I also had an issue with my driver's side window this winter (and it was cold!) and the service team was able to fit me in on a Saturday without an appointment, and it was all covered by my warranty. I went to Imperial Chrysler on 12/30 to inquire about buying a new car. Sharon Reed was the the sales rep and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made a recommendation about a car and I ended up buying it. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mike Walsh sold me my first car I ever bought on my own and helped me with the financing for my second car. He is very helpful and really explains everything so you know exactly what you are buying and paying for. More

I can tell you that from the time I called and talked to Lou Frasca to the handshake with Andy Clair that sealed the deal, my wife and I never felt so at ease. I got what I wanted for my trade, and I felt good about the price on the 2010 Town and Country van we purchased. Even as we left after signing with Michael Walsh, we were given a $25.00 card for our dinner at Miss Mendon thanks to the sales management team. Whatever is being done at your dealerships will most definitely change the "car salesman" reputation for the better. I know that first impressions are the most important in any business, but what you have there far exceeds that. P.S. My father ran Larson's auto body for over 18 years across the street and that led me to buy my dealer parts from Imperial for my business Amped Up. I had very specific requirements for the car I was looking to purchase. I had set up an appointment with the salesperson and given her the list of what I wanted. Working out the financing with Mike was so easy and he explained everything. Only one glitch the car could not be ready for me today so Sharon gladly offered to drive me home. BEST experience today at Imperial. ALL my questions were answered and I had forgotten to ask about the carfax BUT Sharon also offered that information to me! GREAT JOB! More
I was in the market to purchase my first "new" car. I did not want the high pressure from a dealer or dealership. I wanted the experience to be a pleasant one. It began by Sharon Reed meeting us inside the showroom with a smile and an eagerness to help us find what we were looking for in a vehicle. Immediately she listened to our needs, and researched inventory available. We then went on test drives, to see which cars fit our needs. We are not the kind of buyers who rush into a big purchase, and Sharon was patient and did not try to make a "quick" sale with us. She even went as far as helping to dig cars out of the snow so that we could test drive them as we were recovering from a snow storm! She wanted us to take the time we needed and to ask any questions. She gave us her cell number, and said to call with any additional questions if we had any after leaving the lot. The next day, we were ready to make an offer and negotiate a price. It was much easier than I had ever thought. It was an easy decision. I decided on the Dodge Journey and could not be more pleased. The dealership has worked hard to keep us a returning customers, I would highly recommend Sharon Reed and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car. The entire experience has been a positive one. You will not be disappointed!! More
