In comparison I got to Imperial and Rami greeted me with a smile. I explained what I was looking for and he immediately showed me all the vehicles I asked about. Prices were good but I still wasn't sure I could get the financing I needed. Rami said no worriies and worked out a great deal for me. I went into Financing and met Mike Walsh Jr. He was also very helpful and worked me a fantastic deal. I got the financing I needed , got a payment I could afford, and got a good amount back for the trade of my older Jeep. I signed papers on my New to me 2011 Jeep Liberty the next day. The truck had a bad sensor discovered before it was delivered to me and was replaced immediately. They also checked everything out topped of fluids and gave it an oil change. Rami followed up on EVERTHING that was going on with my vehicle. I picked my vehicle up last saturday and could not be happier with it . I would highly recommend Imperiel to anyone looking for a low pressure dealership that goes above and beyond to give you a great deal and get you into the vehicle YOU want. I drove out of there knowing that I got a terrific deal. Ask for Rami when you go. He was a terific sales guy. He is there for you from start to finish. When shopping for a car, I usually know what I want when go in, and have done my research. My sales person took the time to get to know me, and understand what I was looking for. He walked me through the sales process and explained each step. I was extremely happy with this experience, and especially the sales person's knowledge and personality.
