Final Deal Made Here, without even test driving the car! We had been looking for a 2012 Dodge Journey for several months. We avoided going to Imperial because we live over one hour away. After several tries at other dealers, we decided to take the drive to Imperial because they had several Journey's for us to look at. We found a 2013, for the same price of a 2012 at other dealers, with less miles, a warantee and all the 'extras' we wanted in the car. We knew it was the one and started the paper work without even test driving it!! The battery was dead because it had been sitting for a bit, but my husband checked it all over and knew it wasn't a big problem. They took it into the service bay and we drove it home that night. We have always hated going to dealers because of the salesmen being so pushy. We loved Frank Dumas, our salesman. He was laid back, very apologetic that the battery had died, very honest, and we absolutely feel we got a great deal. We have had our car 2 weeks now and love it. We brought it back once a week or so after we bought it and they took it right in to check the brakes that we felt were shaking, and put new ones on. No questions asked. The best customer service you could ask for. I would without reservation recommend Imperial in Mendon, Mass....especially Frank! More

There was no pressure ever during the process and Imperial Cars was able to get me financed with a very reasonable down payment and a reasonable rate for a credit challenged profile. I spoke to Sarah Nelson who helped me understand the online deal on the RAM before my trip to look at the truck. The deal almost sounded too good to be true. When I arrived (late Sunday afternoon), Rami greeted me at the door with a huge smile. We went for a test drive thru very nice neighborhoods and let me take my time while he explained in great detail all of the unbelievable options this RAM was equip with. This guy really knows his vehicles! He stayed with me after the dealership closed for the day to wrap up the sale. I got to meet with another great guy in Financing, Mike Walsh. Mike is a very smart guy who makes you feel comfortable. It was great working with Mike and I think that Mike was on my side to get me the best APR and not force all sorts of other insurance stuff that I don't need. I bought this truck for just over dealer cost. My jaw is still on the floor!!!! All together from start to finish this was truly a fabulous experience. He was so honest, down to Earth, friendly, caring, and fulfilling of our needs! So much so that a week later I decided to see him and see what I could get for trading in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata instead of going to the Hyundai dealership I purchased it from originally. I walked away with a brand spankin' new 2014 Chrysler 200 and am paying less than I was for the Sonata. Doing this also got rid of all my negative equity and I didn't need a cosigner this time!
