We were approached by Ed Kelly, who was more than happy to help, even after knowing that we were not going to purchase. He helped us decifer whether it would best to buy new or pre-owned. He guided us to the vehicles that matched what we were looking for, we test drove all that we desired, and with his laid-back, no-rush, no-pressure approach, we actually made the decision to buy. From beginning to end, through negotiation, and credit with Karyn Ingram (who is both friendly and very knowledgable) the ENTIRE process was pleasant!
