Worst experience yet. We saw a truck online. There is a button to push and it says receive a special price quote. I filled it out and the only response was when are you co We saw a truck online. There is a button to push and it says receive a special price quote. I filled it out and the only response was when are you coming for a test drive. I said I'm trying to get my special price quote to decide. No response just come in, let us call you. In the end we really liked the truck so drove the 45 minutes. Got a descent guy, test drove and were filling out the paperwork to purchase. Suddenly he gets a call saying someone already sold. Apparently the other salesman was waiting on an issue to be resolved for financing but instead of putting the truck in the sold lot, he didn't think anyone would buy it so left it on the sale lot. There was some arguing going on. Suddenly this guy comes over with a big smile on his face and keys saying I pulled up another truck for you to buy which is similar. I asked what color, black. How is that similar to metallic blue? Instead of apologizing and asking us what we were looking for he just thought he could ram down our throats something he wanted to sell not something we wanted to buy. Needless to say my first experience with these people was shocking so yes we walked out. Cannot believe a dealership actually works like this. More
