Great service and very satisfied!! I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chro I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chrome rims and realized the chrome was bubbling on the inside of the fingers. Expecting a hassle, which I did not get, I talked with Tim Fenner from service about this. The car was going in for a braking issue, and Tim said they would take a look at this. Very shortly I received a call from Tim informing me they would have the rims resurfaced. I was happy with this. They had it done and Tim called back to tell me they were not pleased with how the rims looked resurfaced. To get to the point....Tim and the service manager ended up getting me brand new chrome rims. Yes, they had my car for over 2 weeks....but I am thrilled with what I ended up with and consider this outstanding service. Above and beyond. I have had some horrible service in my time. Horrible service from Quirk Chevrolet on a brand new Camaro I purchased in 2010 that still haunts me everytime I drive my Camaro. But Tim Fenner gave me renewed faith in someone who genuinely cares about customer service. I had beleived it was a dying attribute . Great job Tim!! More

Blown motor corrected Bought my '08 Chevy Malibu three years ago and unfortunately the finance managrr at the time was a crook and has since left Imperial. I bought an extended powertrain warranty through this finance manager, however I was given the incorrect warranty and ran out of warranty. Then I started having issues with my motor and found out I was sold something other than what I paid for. Once i informed the dealership of my issues, they worked with me on a resolution. The resolution being an assist in payment of a used replacement motor. And they even threw in a car wash! More

AWESOME My husband and I went to get our ignition switch done which was on a recall list so while waiting I test drove a 2013 chevy cruz but walked out 7 hour My husband and I went to get our ignition switch done which was on a recall list so while waiting I test drove a 2013 chevy cruz but walked out 7 hours later with a 2014 chevy cruz. Yes we had to wait for a finance person but sometimes the wait is well worth it. They bought out my loan on my other car, the sales guy ed was awesome along with Ahmad the finace manager.
