We went to his desk and we went over numbers and what I could afford. He also showed me a few options. Then I met the Finance Manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was a great guy. He put me in a brand new car. I didn't think I could do it, but he worked with me. I want to Thank them for everything! More
Poor experience, go elsewhere. I recently went in to Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Spark LT. The price online was misleading, including multiple discounts that you cannot qualify for simultaneously. The sales staff didn't have good answers for why the price was different online versus on the showroom floor besides "those prices are just to get people in the door." My trade-in value was the lowest here of the 4 dealerships that I visited. I was unable to get realistic warranty numbers without sitting with a "finance manager" who then pressured me to do a credit check. When I decided that I was sick of being treated like I was a woman whose husband accidentally let her wander in there, I was then pushed around further. The sales rep literally held onto my trade-in keys so I couldn't leave on my own terms, and four men stood around me pressuring me to go through with the car deal. I went to a different dealership and got the same car with the same options and terms for almost $3,000 less. More
Awesome Service, Great Deal! I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arriv I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arrived, I was welcomed by Ms. Aline Almedia and went over the car I could see myself in and also my budget. Once we went over that, we went to the lot to look at a few options where I was then introduced to Mr. Santos Cruzado. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars that I was interested in and showed me the 2016 Chevy Cruze that I fell in love with after the test drive. Then we went inside where I was then introduced to the sales manager, Mr. Bruce D'Ambra. We went over the cars I was interested in and my budget and he was able to get me the best possible deal that fell well into my budget, I even had the option to add in a sunroof and Bose sound system and still be able to afford it! After that, I met with the finance manager, Michael Walsh Jr., where he clearly explained everything to me page by page so I knew what I was signing for and also paying for. Overall, the experience I had at Imperial was great and the team work within this company really made me feel taken care of and that my needs (and wants), were top priority. More

The staff is always professional and easy to work with. My vehicle was ready in the time they quoted me. I visit the diner for a delicious meal while my vehicle is being serviced. Consummate Professional I purchased a used GMC Canyon from Imperial Chevrolet about a month ago. After watching this particular truck and options package for almost a year, I purchased a used GMC Canyon from Imperial Chevrolet about a month ago. After watching this particular truck and options package for almost a year, I came across a deal that was almost too good to be true - this of course gave me trepidation when going to buy a used vehicle from a dealership. Although I walked in expecting the worst, or at best, the usual from a car sales person; I walked out as a truly happy and satisfied customer. I worked with Dave C. who is a gentleman and consummate professional. We covered the entire history of the vehicle (which I had researched before hand through friends associated with auto auctions), and nothing was left out. Dave made the buying process painless, and shot straight with me the whole time. Although there was no movement on the price that was advertised to me, that price was much more than fair for the vehicle, and I have had absolutely no buyers remorse (again, when compared to vehicles at wholesale/auction rates). The vehicle has performed admirably in the month that I've had it. In addition to the above, I actually discovered a medium-sized, but difficult to see dent in the rear around the left taillight; this was several days after the sale closed. Dave made sure I had quick access to the service group at Imperial, and Chuck and his team (thanks again Tim), were able to do minor body repair for me at no charge. I certainly didn't expect this since the issue was not part of the pricing discussion, but the service I was provided was clearly above and beyond what was required, as Imperial would have been well within their rights to charge me (given that the issue was not raised by me before driving off the lot). I intend to bring all of my future business, as well as that of my extended family's to Imperial. More
