GOOD EXPERIENCE Went to look at a Lincoln MKZ that Imperial had that I saw on Auto trader. I was immediately met outside by Jason Burt in a professional manner. Imperial has always done an amazing job servicing my classic Corvette over the years and I always trust them with my Corvette's service. Issue was resolved promptly, and Jessica provided me with a complete explanation on the issue to my vehicle. In addition, it was pouring rain and Jessica was kind enough to place my classic Vette inside until I came to pickup the vehicle as I was concerned with water entering through a window leak. More

High Quality Customer Service I bought a 2007 Tundra from Chris McIntyre. He was a great/easy salesman to work with. Also, had a great experience with a sales manager whom at his request did not want to be mentioned on this. Ahmed Al-Jallad was very friendly to work with and a great sense of humor! After I bought the truck, I had a huge issue with it. Even though it was on the ford lot and I bought it through Chevy... Chevy fixed it with no hesitation. Had me pick a loner vehicle off the lot. Pictures/emails of progress from a Great Service Manager Chuck (Chevy service), and Timothy Fenner, along with Sean, and Britney. Mainly dealing with Chuck, Tim, and Sean.... Great crew!
