Even though my questions could not be answered on the initial call, the receptionist took my name and number and I received a quick call back from the Manager David Boratyn. He answered all my questions and set an appointment to test drive cars. He texted me the night before to confirm the appointment and connected me with Paul Macchi, who did his research and had a list of possible vehicles for me to test drive when I arrived. Right from the start Jean Dalomba made us comfortable and listened very carefully to what we wanted and were looking for. Rather than steer us to a new 2020 and try to upsell me he explained that they had a 2019 leftover with the options and features I had spoken of, and suggested that we at least test drive that vehicle first. It was the perfect choice for myself and my wife. After that while waiting to speak to Omar concerning paperwork and financing Jean didn't abandon us to the customer lounge but told us that until everything was finalized we were his only customer and only concern. We sat together and talked of family and vacations. It was an enjoyable and friendly experience. I would happily recommend Jean and Omar to anyone interested in looking for a new or new to them vehicle. More

One of the best if not the best dealership around When it comes to shopping around for a vehicle it sometimes can be very stressful. With the experience I had it wasn't stressful what so ever. I worked mostly with Paul to find the vehicle that was meant for me. He would show me the vehicles to stay away from and the ones to really check out. After all the test drives I found the one. I told Paul the Silverado was the truck I loved. When I told Paul, he told me a very wise phrase, "You gotta like it, want it, and it has to fit the budget." I told him the truck checked off all three categories and we got straight to filling out the paperwork. From there on we finished up the paperwork and the deal was finalized. What I thought to be a stressful experience for my first time buying a vehicle turned out to be very fun and would like to thank the employees that helped me for their hard work! More
