So Impressed! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local G CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local GMC/Buick dealer and was immediately turned off. Was going to just bring it to a chain shop in the town over but I figured I would give the Chevy dealer a shot. Not only was Chris able to take my car in right away, but they also did a recall that I didn't even know about yet! Im just so pleased with my experience. Chris is such a Nice man. I chatted with the other service reps, Anne and Patrick and even got introduced to the Service Manager Tim! Such a great group of people. You will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommend Chris! My most recent experience was last night with Paul Macchi (my salesman) and Ahmad Al-Jallad (Business Manager) They went above and beyond and we ended up leaving at 9:40pm but because of them I am the proud owner of a 2019 Chevy Impala. Both fantastic men to deal with and I had my 16 year old daughter with me who they kept completely entertained! I HIGHLY recommend Imperial Chevrolet and specifically these two men!!! I can't thank them enough and I WILL ABSOLUTELY be buying from them again!! More

Excellent customer service I called several dealerships looking for specific information on 3rd row SUV's. Imperial was the only dealership that provided me with the information I called several dealerships looking for specific information on 3rd row SUV's. Imperial was the only dealership that provided me with the information I asked for. Even though my questions could not be answered on the initial call, the receptionist took my name and number and I received a quick call back from the Manager David Boratyn. He answered all my questions and set an appointment to test drive cars. He texted me the night before to confirm the appointment and connected me with Paul Macchi, who did his research and had a list of possible vehicles for me to test drive when I arrived. Paul and Dave were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Imperial for providing the best car buying experience! More

Right from the start Jean Dalomba made us comfortable and listened very carefully to what we wanted and were looking for. Rather than steer us to a new 2020 and try to upsell me he explained that they had a 2019 leftover with the options and features I had spoken of, and suggested that we at least test drive that vehicle first. It was the perfect choice for myself and my wife. After that while waiting to speak to Omar concerning paperwork and financing Jean didn't abandon us to the customer lounge but told us that until everything was finalized we were his only customer and only concern. We sat together and talked of family and vacations. It was an enjoyable and friendly experience. I would happily recommend Jean and Omar to anyone interested in looking for a new or new to them vehicle. More
