Great experience with my recent purchase After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look at their inventory.. Upon arrival, we were quickly greeted by Jean as we made our way onto the lot. I had seen a truck that I was interested in online, and he was very helpful with bringing me right to the vehicle and telling me details about the specific model. During our test-drive, Jean was also helpful in pointing out the different features of the truck, and making the test-drive an enjoyable experience. After we made our decision to purchase, we were given a gift card to the diner next door for a quick bite to eat. One of my only complaints about the whole experience was having to wait for the financial representative. After we made our decision to purchase, we had to wait about 2.5 hours until we could go through the financial process. Our time at the diner helped us a little, but even though it was on a Sunday, we had hoped the whole process could have moved a little faster. Overall though, we had a great experience with Jean and Imperial Chevrolet and I would absolutely recommend both Jean and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My husband and I leased a truck from Imperial with the plan to buy it out in the end . When it was time to turn our lease in ,Imperial convinced us it would be better to buy a newer truck . They agreed to “ eat “ the mileage and the wear and tear . ( the truck was in excellent condition when we returned it ) . Over 4 months later we received a bill saying we owe over$ 1,400.00 on our lease . After calling Imperial several times and getting Absolutely nowhere I stopped in and spoke to the sales manger who was so rude and disrespectful. My husband and I were told we could talk to the executive assistant to the general manager . I’ve left several messages and emails with no response. I will never buy another vehicle from them again .
