By far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever delt with. I recently bought a used truck here and after almost two weeks of waiting I finally am able to pickup the truck, just to find out that I need t with. Got the truck I wanted with no pressure or hassle. I had been browsing at pre-owned trucks online for about a month and Imperial had the best selection, so my wife and I went there to take a look. We met Jean Dalomba who showed us what we wanted to see, answered our questions and let us test drive the ones we wanted with a "Take your time, I'll see you when you get back!" I bought one of those trucks at a good price and never got any pressure to look at anything else more expensive. I felt at ease with Jean and was happy with the way we were treated by him and everyone else at Imperial. We bought my mother a car there a couple of years ago and now I have a nice truck. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. More
