5 stars isn’t enough. Ethan and Imperial Chevy is as good as the reviews say. From Lisa at the call center to Ethan helping my wife and I find our 2020 Tahoe, to Elias Chahwan in financing, it couldn’t have as the reviews say. Very polite, and very knowledgeable. Our test drive took longer than it did to finance and sign the paperwork. Can’t wait to pick up our Tahoe on Friday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED More

I recently was in the market for a truck. I didn't realize just how much I didn't know about trucks and my guy Andy was incredibly helpful. He showed me everything they had in stock, talked to me abou realize just how much I didn't know about trucks and my guy Andy was incredibly helpful. He showed me everything they had in stock, talked to me about the pros and cons about new vs. used based on how much I drive, told me how often they get new or used vehicles in, what to keep an eye out for, etc. It was incredibly enlightening. I was originally thinking about an F-150 but then I sat in a used GMC Sierra 1500 SLT and had that moment where you just know you have to buy it. Andy took great care of me and worked with me to find an acceptable price point for the two of us. As with any used vehicle, there were a couple of things that needed taking care of - and Imperial did a fantastic job doing so. The truck runs like new and looks fabulous. It fulfills every need I have for it and I'm getting complimented on it constantly. They also did a stellar job detailing it for me to take home when it was ready to go. I can't stress enough how low-pressure and informative Andy was. The man knew his stuff and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for - even though I myself didn't know what I wanted when I first began my search. When it's time for my wife to get a new car, we'll be coming here first! More
