This was our fourth vehicle purchase with Imperial in Mendon. I’ll be honest.. Without going into the whole experience, Shawn went above and beyond to make me happy..( yes, the wife of man wanting the puck up truck) Shawn kept such composure during a couple down right outbursts I felt needed expressing. Although we don’t have the pick up truck yet, we feel by Friday we should be all set.
