I purchased my vehicle mostly on online with Ryan Watson who was great. Once I got to the dealership he had the car ready to test drive, we walked out and drove. Paul Macchi made my car buying experience terrific. He was not pushy and in my face he worked with me and was patient as I took my time trying to decide which car was best for my family. My husband is disabled and Paul was so helpful as we took the time trying to test cars that would make transfers easy from the wheelchair to the car. Paul even drove cars to us so we did not have to get back in the car each time we wanted to test a different car. I Highly recommend working with Paul on your next car! Then when it came time to financing Ahmad Al-Jallad was very patient as I asked a million questions and had him run numbers with different options. He was respectful of my wishes to limit creditor inquiries to reduce impact on my credit! Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and made my car buying experience a good one. More

After doing a bit of research, I discovered it shouldn't take all that long after the paperwork is signed and negotiations are complete to drive home your new vehicle. However the Imperial Dealership seems to be in no rush. Whether it's the inefficiencies of the business or the slow moving salesmen, there is really no good excuse for waiting over a week (and getting the runaround) after being told you would have it in 2-3 days. Would not recommend if you have an appreciation for honesty and timeliness. Oh, and see all these great reviews? Well bribing with free oil changes seems to help their cause. :) More
