I went to Imperial to see the Chevy Spark but truly not knowing exactly what I was looking for. Shawn was extremely kind and patient in helping me find the right fit. He even went above and beyond, taking knowing exactly what I was looking for. Shawn was extremely kind and patient in helping me find the right fit. He even went above and beyond, taking the time to try to teach me to drive manual. At the end if a two day search, this team helped me find the most perfect car that I wasn’t even aware of. They truly listened to me when I explained what I was looking for and made sure they found the perfect fit. As a young woman it can be intimidating going to a dealership but all of these guys were very kind, respectful and helpful. I am truly thankful! More

My experience with Imperial was second to none. The salesman, Mo, made me feel like I was the only customer in the place even though it was very busy. Very pleased with cost of my new Chevy Trax . The inventory to select from was larger than I expected. I thought the cost of a vehicle service contract (optional) was a little on the high side but s inventory to select from was larger than I expected. I purchased a car last May and was told that I would receive a free oil change if I left the salesman a good review, well they failed to keep there and of the deal along with not sending the $100.00 fin receive a free oil change if I left the salesman a good review, well they failed to keep there and of the deal along with not sending the $100.00 finder's fee to my girlfriend who told me to shop there.
