I have bought over 25 vehicles in my life from dealers all over the country and local ones. This is by far the worst, most dishonest and careless dealership I have ever been to. I live 2 hours away, so all over the country and local ones. This is by far the worst, most dishonest and careless dealership I have ever been to. I live 2 hours away, so wanted to make sure everything was right before I drove all the way there. I spoke with 2 internet sales representatives, one told me he was the manager. I explained the price I saw ON THERE OWN WEBSITE and that I want to be sure that was the correct pricing, etc. they both told me yes that was the price and the incentives were available to me. I made an appointment and did the 2 hour drive. I got there and was handed off to a new salesman, not the sales manager I was told to speak with. This salesman proceeded to tell me the price was 4 thousand dollars higher than what I had already verified before the trip. He also gave me a value for my trade, but told me the trade incentive wasn't available to me because it "wasn't really a trade" since they were going to send it to auction. I was blown away and shocked at the complete false advertising they listed on their website, the complete lack of communication between internet sales and in person sales. I will never return to this dealer and will tell every person I meet about their lies and corruption online. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPERIAL! More
