Well worth the drive, My wife and I were in the market for a 2021 Tahoe, since we had purchased a Tahoe in the past from Imperial Chevrolet why not again. We were extremely pleased we did take an hour rid for a 2021 Tahoe, since we had purchased a Tahoe in the past from Imperial Chevrolet why not again. Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be compared to getting teeth extracted but not so with my experience with Paul Macchi!I immediately found him to be friendly, helpful and personable. Throughout the buying process Paul exhibited his knowledge and we calmly navigated through the process reaching an amicable price on my chosen used vehicle. Throughout there was never any pressure and I felt at ease knowing I had been treated fairly. The car I chose was very clean during the test drive but Paul made sure that when I took delivery it was fully detailed. The whole experience was so refreshing in view of some of my previous purchases elsewhere. Paul’s sales desk area has many plaques displayed awarding him top honors in his profession and he certainly lives up to them all.
