I am probably the most picky car shopper in the world. I shopped for months, looked at many vehicles and finally found my 2016 Explorer at Imperial. Definitely look for Paul. I went to Imperial Chevrolet to see the car I am interested in buying . Firas greeted me within moments of pulling into the lot. I explained what I was searching for, but unfortunately there weren’t interested in buying . Firas greeted me within moments of pulling into the lot. I explained what I was searching for, but unfortunately there weren’t any available. Firas offered to show me some similar vehicles. I was hesitant at first because I had my mind set on the car I wanted. He helped me through the entire process. I was able to take the car for a test ride around town. I absolutely fell in love with a vehicle I had no intention of even looking at. It was a done deal! Firas was able to work on pricing with me by finding an internet offer that we could apply! I worked with Omar in the financing department and he was amazing! He was able to get me a fantastic rate! He made it a smooth process! He explained thoroughly all the packages I was able to add on. I had a wonderful experience and with the work of Firas and Omar, I was able to drive home with my dream car! This is the second car I have purchased with Imperial Chevrolet! I have no complaints!!
