Lack of attention to detail is all I can say. Went into dealership to purchase Silverado which they had none in stock but several in transit. Put down payment down on truck to hold vehicle only to be call dealership to purchase Silverado which they had none in stock but several in transit. Put down payment down on truck to hold vehicle only to be called and told it was sold already to another customer. Told salesman over phone to just refund deposit. Several days later and I was still waiting for deposit to be returned. Stopped by dealership to get refund and was instructed by sales manager to go to cashier, cashier tells me that sales manager needs to approve. Sales manager starts getting an attitude with me over my frustration being bounced around. Needless to say never got an apology and I had to chase down the refund. Do not buy from these clowns. More
