Love the 2021 Silverado I purchased in August 2021. I didn't try and negotiate the price, I was willing to pay the full ask. I didn't trade anything in, so no financial complaints there either. The second I drove it off the lot they completely forgot who I was. They failed to transfer the plates with the rmv in the seven day legal window until my insurance agent contacted me to let me know I was unregistered, uninsured. They then failed to follow up with me and let me know I was all set until I called them a couple days later. And finally they put a rejected inspection sticker on my 70K+ truck because of low reflectivity on my front license plate, without so much as the courtesy of giving me a heads up. Driving off that lot with the scarlet rejection sticker was the final insult. Great inventory, absolutely TERRIBLE! customer service. More

We bought our 2019 Tahoe from imperial and our experience was no less than amazing! The salesman as kind, smart and knowledgeable, a people’s person and not a xxxxxxxx trying to make a dollar! Service took care of the few details the car needed, they were prompt, schedule everything ahead of time, order all the right parts and my wife was in and out with our children in no time! I love the car however the dealer did not get me the car when they said they would. I was very specific on when I needed the car ready for. They said it would be ready and it wasn't. We were given different when they said they would. I was very specific on when I needed the car ready for. They said it would be ready and it wasn't. We were given different reasons why it wasn't ready every time we called. Once I had my car it took them over a week to transfer plates so I was driving illegally. I just wish they were up front and honest with me and kept to their word. More
