I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu a couple months ago from Imperial Chevrolet and have been thoroughly satisfied so far. Braden Parrent helped both me and my mother pick out the car, and I drove it home that Imperial Chevrolet and have been thoroughly satisfied so far. Braden Parrent helped both me and my mother pick out the car, and I drove it home that night. It was a long day—8 hours’ worth of car shopping and financing, but it was extremely painless and worth every minute. Braden was very clear and confident explaining any questions we brought to his attention, and he was able to quickly show us a car that met our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to stop at Imperial first—the service is excellent! PS: A few family members have bought cars from Imperial. More
I just want to take the time to let you know about my good experience. Recently I purchased a Chevy Silverado truck, and my salesman was Dean Childs. I was very pleased with him. He treated me with resp good experience. Recently I purchased a Chevy Silverado truck, and my salesman was Dean Childs. I was very pleased with him. He treated me with respect and was a real gentleman. I've dealt with my share of salesmen, and Dean is among the best. I'd have no problem dealing with him on any future vehicles I might buy. Thanks to Dean Childs and Imperial Chevy for a positive buying experience. Mark Carew More

I purchased a 2012 Impala in March and wrote the following note to Imperial Chevrolet: I came in this morning after looking at your website for months. Had my eye on a beautiful 2012 silver Impal following note to Imperial Chevrolet: I came in this morning after looking at your website for months. Had my eye on a beautiful 2012 silver Impala. I met Willie Landry, drove the car I had been looking at, and Willie took a test drive with me and then took me through the buying process. He introduced me to Omar Ihjul, who helped me with the financing end of the sale. I was driving the new car home within an hour and a half of arriving at Imperial. It was the best car buying experience I have had! And an added benefit was looking at all the terrific sports memorabilia in the showroom. Thank you, Willie and Omar! More

Timing is everything. I had an appt. for 12:00 to see Timing is everything. I had an appt. for 12:00 to see a beautiful car I'd been looking at online at Imperial's website for three days. But, I could Timing is everything. I had an appt. for 12:00 to see a beautiful car I'd been looking at online at Imperial's website for three days. But, I couldn't wait until noon - I really wanted to see this car, and knew because of the price (it was part of their red tag sale) that it would go fast. Sure enough, there it was...ready for a test drive, but for someone else...my heart dropped. It was then Steve Miller came over and introduced himself. He saw me looking at the car, and saw my excitement. I told him this was the car I wanted - but was I too late, as someone else was taking it out? No, it's not too late...you're more than welcome to take it out for a ride, he said...and we did. And I bought it!!! A BIG thank you to Steve for stepping in just at the right time, and for his help! - and thank you also to Ahmad for helping to make it affordable for me. I am SO happy - and am still in shock that it's mine!! This is the second car I've purchased at Imperial, and look forward to purchasing future vehicles here. If I had arrived 30 seconds later, it may not have been mine. Again, timing is everything.... THANKS, STEVE!!! :-) More
This company sold my elderly parents a car for more than $10,000 over blue book value. They took advantage of them and will not return my call or email. Unethical and totally disgusting! Had I been in $10,000 over blue book value. They took advantage of them and will not return my call or email. Unethical and totally disgusting! Had I been in the area when the purchased the car, I would have talked them out of it! Pure evil. More
If you advertise a vehicle on-line or in the paper you should honor the price. It should be a no hassle purchase. Especially where we left the dealership and drove 20 miles down the road and purchased t should honor the price. It should be a no hassle purchase. Especially where we left the dealership and drove 20 miles down the road and purchased the same vehicle in 60 minutes. Imperial needs to not advertise their cars or learn how to stand by their prices that are promoted on-line and in the paper. Will not be back. More
Brought my Chevy Malibu in for engine light staying on. Told them car was running fine. They found my gas cap off (just sitting there inside the gas-cap door) and charged me $50 because they said they had Told them car was running fine. They found my gas cap off (just sitting there inside the gas-cap door) and charged me $50 because they said they had to run it through the diagnostic procedure. And friendly Frank stated this was the 3rd or 4th gas cap found off that week! So you would think they would automatically check that first and call it a day instead of ripping me off $50? And said they could have charged me for the full hour of service!! Yeah--to help finance the fancy showroom and waiting area complete with food bar and ginormous t.v. screen! Gotta say, though, friendly Frank made it less painful to fork over a week's worth of gas in my car....haha-with the cap off! More
I went to this dealership just to browse for a car. Was not ready to purchase that day. The first salesmen we dealt with was down at the Ford section of the dealership. He was just downright negative and r not ready to purchase that day. The first salesmen we dealt with was down at the Ford section of the dealership. He was just downright negative and rude. He did not listen to anything that I wanted or was looking for in a car and just kept showing me random things, nothing that I was interested in at all or in my price range. So we walked down the whole dealership and ended up at the Chevrolet section. We were looking at SUVs and got bombarded by the salesmen. He basically forced this car at me, made me drive it, then somehow we were in the showroom at his desk discussing numbers. We kept repeating we were not interested in buying that day and he just kept spitting out random numbers and prices/payments, etc. I had no idea where he was getting these numbers from..just kept discussing price, how its the lowest he can go, etc. My head was spinning and we left completely confused. I left the dealership and came back a few days later, to go thru the same process. Discussing the price for hours and numbers not making any sense. The guy was trying to tell me it was a "New" car because it was not registered.but it was a demo, with 6000 miles. But it is not New if it has been driven and has 6000miles on it. the price that they were starting at for this so called "new" car was downright ridiculous for what it was. I dont know much about cars but I had been doing my research as far as prices for certain vehicles...This was not a pleasant experience at all. Especially when this is an investment for me and spending a lot of money. The whole process took way too long and they were just rude and too intense for me. Very abrasive. I ended up getting the Chevy Equinox because we talked them down enough in price, but i would not go back there for another vehicle... not a great buying experience. More
