Really nice experience buying a used suburban which I found online. I worked with Paul M through the entire process and he was honestly great - professional, patient, addressed all of my questions, and found online. I worked with Paul M through the entire process and he was honestly great - professional, patient, addressed all of my questions, and very respectful about letting me make the decision without pressure. Several months later, there was a minor issue with a necessary repair and he took my calls, followed up with service department and completely remedied the situation at no charge to me. I want to commend the staff at Imperial Chrysler. I was met with the smiling face of Jake who put me in the hands of Ahmed Abdalla the salesman who assisted me with turning in my lease and finding the perf met with the smiling face of Jake who put me in the hands of Ahmed Abdalla the salesman who assisted me with turning in my lease and finding the perfect Jeep. His knowledge and accommodating attitude is one of the reasons I enjoy going to Imperial. After the process of buying out my lease and putting me into the Jeep of my choice I was led into the finance office of Milton. Ahmed assured me that once again I would be in good hands. Once again I was greeted with a smile and confidence that he was going to help me through the financing of the Jeep. He kept me in the price range I requested and with a few signatures of many documents I left there with a smile on my face and my new Jeep. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. I came in looking for a vehicle, not one I wanted but one I could afford. As soon as Eric introduced himself to me, I felt that he would understand my situation and he did. I had already been shopping for ab I could afford. As soon as Eric introduced himself to me, I felt that he would understand my situation and he did. I had already been shopping for about 3 long weeks. Once I told him my story, he knew exactly what would be good for me and was sure I would like it. I was impressed with his knowledge of the used vehicles that the dealership had on site. He said,” do I have something for you.” It was a 2017 Chevy Sonic, and it was in price range. I did purchase the Chevy Sonic and Eric is still helping me out. When I called to tell him that the manual for my car isn’t in the glove compartment. He explained that they usually are not in used vehs, but he came across one and said he will send it to me.
