I want to commend the staff at Imperial Chrysler. I was met with the smiling face of Jake who put me in the hands of Ahmed Abdalla the salesman who assisted me with turning in my lease and finding the perf met with the smiling face of Jake who put me in the hands of Ahmed Abdalla the salesman who assisted me with turning in my lease and finding the perfect Jeep. His knowledge and accommodating attitude is one of the reasons I enjoy going to Imperial. After the process of buying out my lease and putting me into the Jeep of my choice I was led into the finance office of Milton. Ahmed assured me that once again I would be in good hands. Once again I was greeted with a smile and confidence that he was going to help me through the financing of the Jeep. He kept me in the price range I requested and with a few signatures of many documents I left there with a smile on my face and my new Jeep. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. Jake, Ahmed and Milton you guys are wonderful, thank you for a wonderful experience. Kudos to you all. More

I came in looking for a vehicle, not one I wanted but one I could afford. As soon as Eric introduced himself to me, I felt that he would understand my situation and he did. I had already been shopping for ab I could afford. As soon as Eric introduced himself to me, I felt that he would understand my situation and he did. I had already been shopping for about 3 long weeks. Once I told him my story, he knew exactly what would be good for me and was sure I would like it. I was impressed with his knowledge of the used vehicles that the dealership had on site. He said,” do I have something for you.” It was a 2017 Chevy Sonic, and it was in price range. I did purchase the Chevy Sonic and Eric is still helping me out. When I called to tell him that the manual for my car isn’t in the glove compartment. He explained that they usually are not in used vehs, but he came across one and said he will send it to me. Love the 2021 Silverado I purchased in August 2021. I didn't try and negotiate the price, I was willing to pay the full ask. I didn't trade anything in, so no financial complaints there either. The second I drove it off the lot they completely forgot who I was. They failed to transfer the plates with the rmv in the seven day legal window until my insurance agent contacted me to let me know I was unregistered, uninsured. They then failed to follow up with me and let me know I was all set until I called them a couple days later. And finally they put a rejected inspection sticker on my 70K+ truck because of low reflectivity on my front license plate, without so much as the courtesy of giving me a heads up. Driving off that lot with the scarlet rejection sticker was the final insult. Great inventory, absolutely TERRIBLE! customer service. More
