I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet. Ahmad Al-Jallad was the first person I was in contact with and he made it so effortless. From the moment I called him on a Thursday, to when we met on Saturday, he was responsive and helpful. When we did finally meet, he took all my financial information and did the leg work of finding the right car for my needs. I didn't meet a salesman until he had the car picked out. That salesman was Nicholas Massucco and he was great. He spoke to us, not like a salesman, but like we were friends. When it came time to get the paperwork finished up, they took us over to the Ford dealership, because Ahmad was busy and they didn't want us waiting. We were introduced to William Granata, who was just as helpful and friendly as the other two. All the time we sat with William, Nicholas waited for us to escort us back to the Chevrolet section. It was just an amazing experience with exceptional customer service, from the moment we got out of the truck (we were greeted and taken right to where we needed to be) to when I drove away in the Impala. My father and I will be recommending Imperial and if we need another car, we will be going back. The team there does an exceptional job at making you feel right at home and comfortable. Thank you to Ahmad, Nicholas and William for taking pride in your work and taking such good care of me. It gets better, after I completed the customer feedback survey, I got a thank-you call and an e-mail from Ray Sousa the program director for taking the time to share my experience. In todays world, it so refreshing to do business with people who genuinely care about your experience with their company. More
I have periodically received emails from Mark Rossi about specials being offered at Imperial Cars. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick Massucco at the Chevy store. He’s an absolutely awesome salesman. He set me at ease and assured me I was in good hands. He’s a down-to-earth and funny person as well and someone I would recommend to every one of my friends. Business manager Ahmad Al-Jallad was also great. This gentleman worked an amazing deal for me, and I will be forever in his debt. I actually wanted to hug the big guy when the deal was done! Nick and Ahmad are very important parts of Imperial Chevrolet. So is Bruce D’Ambra, one of the sales managers. Terrific, terrific guy—if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be in my new used car. I purchased a vehicle from Imperial Chevrolet yesterday. Steve Miller was my salesman. He was wonderful! Usually purchasing a car is highly stressful for me. My experience with Steve and Imperial Chevrolet was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure from Steve or any other sales member for me to purchase a car right away. And the best part for me was, they actually listened to my needs! If great customer service is what you want when purchasing a vehicle (new or used), then go to Imperial cars in Mendon, MA. You won't be disappointed! More
Buying a new car can either be a pleasant experience or an unpleasant one. I would have to say that the minute I walked into Imperial Chevy I knew it was going to be a wonderful experience. I was greeted at the door by a friendly salesman name John DiChristofero. John was very knowlegable about the Chevy Equinox that I was thinking of buying. I selected an AWD Lt with some nice features. John and I went for a test drive; half on the side streets and half on the highway. When we arrived back at the dealership I knew that if we could make the numbers work then this would be the SUV for me. AFter reaching a deal , I went into the finance office to wrap things up. THis process went very smooth. I just want to thank John and the entire Imperial team for the way everything was handled. More

It was a long day—8 hours’ worth of car shopping and financing, but it was extremely painless and worth every minute. Braden was very clear and confident explaining any questions we brought to his attention, and he was able to quickly show us a car that met our needs. I met Willie Landry, drove the car I had been looking at, and Willie took a test drive with me and then took me through the buying process. He introduced me to Omar Ihjul, who helped me with the financing end of the sale. I was driving the new car home within an hour and a half of arriving at Imperial. It was the best car buying experience I have had! And an added benefit was looking at all the terrific sports memorabilia in the showroom. Thank you, Willie and Omar! More
I went to Imperial Chevrolet for a four wheel alignment, tire rotation, oil change, and a minor recall check for water pump seal.
