After much research I decided to purchase a 2014 Impala LTZ and took the ride to Imperial to check it out. This was my first dealer choice because of the positive experience I had purchasing my new F-250 i LTZ and took the ride to Imperial to check it out. Upon arriving we were greeted by Colby Craig in the showroom and he brought us out for a test drive in the exact same car that I had spec'ed on the GM website. Colby was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle pointing out extras I was not even aware of. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and everyone else in the showroom was polite and friendly. After arriving at a very good price with Sales Manager Bruce D'Ambra (great guy!) I told them that I would prefer to finance with my own Credit Union and would be back the next day to compare rates. They let us take the car home overnight without even a deposit! That sealed the deal. This is a class operation and you can't go wrong if you are looking for a new Chev,Ford,Dodge,Ram,or Jeep. Their Service Dept. is also first rate. More

The camaraderie and teamwork at this dealership stands out, it is truly amazing! We discussed several models and trims and the three of us looked at more cars. Once I made the decision to purchase the Equinox, Amanda & Colby said I would be able to take the car home that same day. While I worked with Omar on the financing, they ensured the car was detailed and ready with a full tank of gas. Omar made the finance portion of the day go very smoothly with his attention to detail and focus on my needs as the customer. I had a trade-in and to save me a trip back to Mendon, Amanda followed me home to get the title to my car to ensure the registration was done timely. Great follow-up by Amanda. She called me the next day to ensure I was happy with my new SUV and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Tuesday night she called to let me know the registration was in, I made arrangements to meet her Wednesday morning. On Wednesday we discussed different features on the car and she showed me how to pair my smart phone up with the car. This is my first SUV and I am enjoying it very much.
