Most of the time I spent haggeling and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted but not what I wanted to pay for it. My first experience with Imperial Chevy was awesome. Mike Brown was courteous and professional and I found that I was not pressured to buy or lease as was in the past. Tim the manager was most courteous when talking money and payments. I have never experienced a no pressure sales pitch like I experienced when I came to Imperial. These men are real pros and the most courteous men I have ever dealt with.
