He helped me with all the difficult choices for add on's onto the loan, and to top that off, I was in & out of his office within an HOUR! Total time in the dealership was 2 hours!!!! So fast! Bought a used 2017 GMC here through Moe Alomar, and although he was a good salesman, our experience has been getting worse and worse at the dealership. It’s a 45 minute trip and we have had to go there although he was a good salesman, our experience has been getting worse and worse at the dealership. It’s a 45 minute trip and we have had to go there well over 20 times now dealing with problems. From paperwork issues, to now car issues. They gave us a warranty that covers only the main powertrain components engine, transmission differentials,but probably not our exhaust manifold that cracked a few months after purchasing the car. 2017 GMC Terrain. Nor the variable valve sensors that failed. They asked us if we were gonna pay for the speaker replacement after we were told it would be taken cared of becuase we bought the vehicle that way. Was just a minor issue at the time. They won’t tell us if they will cover an item under warranty unless they look at the vehicle and charge us there diagnostic fee if they decided they don’t want to. The list of problems goes on and on, and now regretting our purchase there. Salesman doesn’t want to call us back in regards to the warranty he sold us becuase it’s a joke! A sales gimmick. More
