Really nice experience buying a used suburban which I found online. I worked with Paul M through the entire process and he was honestly great - professional, patient, addressed all of my questions, and found online. Several months later, there was a minor issue with a necessary repair and he took my calls, followed up with service department and completely remedied the situation at no charge to me.
