I purchased a vehicle from Imperial last week. Firas greeted me as soon as I stepped out the door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I have used this dealer in the past and have had no issues, but this last experience will definitely be the last. My family decided that our current vehicle no longer suited our need and it was time to move into a full size suv, we went in to Imperial because it is local and have bought previous vehicles from them. Upon arrival we were met by a very helpful salesman, Sam who spent a long time showing us every vehicle on the lot and letting us test drive a few. We ended up finding one and purchased and went home with it that day. When we arrived home we discovered the 3rd brake light was out and it is a separate LED unit, not like the usually bulb replacements and contacted the dealer the next day, they had my wife come down and said they would take it right in, 3 hours later the car was done... A couple weeks later we had some hot weather and to our surprise the AC did not work... called again and more if the same made us wait a few days and drop off... We picked the vehicle up and 2 days later the transmission started grinding and almost stalling. I emailed the Salesman, Sales manager and location general manager and zero response.... I decided to go into the location and that's when things really got bad. I met with Brad Mancini not sure what he does there other than act like a big shot, who informed me that he will call me in a few days when they have a dealer plate so I could drop my car off and let "someone who knows what they are doing diagnose the car". It being a safety issue I thought it would be a priority, but it was not. I went back in again and said if you can't get it fixed in a reasonable time maybe we could just trade it back and get a different vehicle there. We spent time going through the lot again with Sam and it was the same vehicles we already saw and test drove and just decided to talk with the service adviser and get the vehicle fixed. At that time Brad once again intervened with his better than all attitude and asked how much I paid, and I said what I thought was the final sale price he insultingly said "pshh no way you paid that for this vehicle, you would have just bought a new one if you could afford that" at that time I was ready to leave and again was berated by Brad Mancini when trying to leave. I stated I didn't feel like he had concern for me or my families safety, he said he was "insulted" and also yelled "what the xxxx would you like me to do?" in front of my 4 year old son. I tried to leave and Brad Mancini stated he is going to record me if I tried to leave and wanted to take me keys...Luckily Sam intervened and was able to get Brad away from me and my family and we came to an agreement to get my vehicle into service to get fixed. The situation was resolved and Brad once again came out with a hand full of keys and threw them at Sam and myself and stated "here is every vehicle on the lot that's with in your price range" and stormed off. Needless to say Brad Mancini is a horrible attribute for your company and ultimately is the reason you lost a customer. More
Thank you to Jake at the service desk and the transmission tech who serviced my van. They fixed the problem with my vehicle and got me back on the road within 6 hours. Great service!!!! This is our second time within a year purchasing a vehicle with Paul Macchi at Imperial. I had the same experience this time as I did with the first. It was excellent! From how friendly & helpful Paul is, to the knowledge he has on purchasing a vehicle, he is nothing short of outstanding! I also worked with Omar Ihjul for the financing part & he was a delight! He helped me with all the difficult choices for add on's onto the loan, and to top that off, I was in & out of his office within an HOUR! Total time in the dealership was 2 hours!!!! So fast! When we are ready for another vehicle, we will definitely be back to see Paul & Omar & we'll send all our friends & family too! Thank you for a great experience! More

Bought a used 2017 GMC here through Moe Alomar, and although he was a good salesman, our experience has been getting worse and worse at the dealership. It’s a 45 minute trip and we have had to go there although he was a good salesman, our experience has been getting worse and worse at the dealership. It’s a 45 minute trip and we have had to go there well over 20 times now dealing with problems. From paperwork issues, to now car issues. They gave us a warranty that covers only the main powertrain components engine, transmission differentials,but probably not our exhaust manifold that cracked a few months after purchasing the car. 2017 GMC Terrain. Nor the variable valve sensors that failed. They asked us if we were gonna pay for the speaker replacement after we were told it would be taken cared of becuase we bought the vehicle that way. Was just a minor issue at the time. They won’t tell us if they will cover an item under warranty unless they look at the vehicle and charge us there diagnostic fee if they decided they don’t want to. The list of problems goes on and on, and now regretting our purchase there. Salesman doesn’t want to call us back in regards to the warranty he sold us becuase it’s a joke! A sales gimmick. More
