Brian M was so helpful from the beginning - looking up different models that would fit me and my fiance's financial situation. We first came in on a Friday and he worked with us until Sunday afternoon finding us the best car. Brian was attentive through emails, texts, and phone calls and never seemed to be put out by all of our questions and second guessing. Everyone I dealt with at Imperial, both last year and this year, was very nice. Of all dealerships I've been to, this is by far the best experience.
