Thank you for your comments. It is unfortunate that you feel this way. We take customer security and identity verification very seriously. We did not refuse to give you information. Since you are out of state we attempted several times to have you call us and answer a few questions to verify you are saying who you are, so we could release credit info to you over the phone. Just like when you call your credit card company for information they veryify who you are before releasing it. We do not release credit info via the email and several employees tried to call you and asked you to call us and you would not. No one at the dealership stated we wanted you to drive than we would tell you the information. We asked for you to call and we tried to call to verify you are you than we would give you the info via phone. Unfortunately for some unknown reason you did not want to call to verify your id.
