Just disappointed Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back. More

Living Nightmare. Ford Motor Company should be ashamed I do not normally post things like this, but I am left with no choice. I was so excited to purchase a new-to-me vehicle. I went to Imlay City Ford b I do not normally post things like this, but I am left with no choice. I was so excited to purchase a new-to-me vehicle. I went to Imlay City Ford because I thought they were a reputable dealer. I instantly fell in love with a 2013 Ford Edge. It was a newer car and didn’t even have 45,000 miles on it. Sounds like a great deal, right? WRONG! This car has been a complete NIGHTMARE. I noticed there was issues with it within owning it for not even a full week. I will have over $1,000 in repairs done for the car before I even make my first car payment. Not only that, my mechanic has let me know that the entire underneath of my car is rusted! For being only 5 years old and low mileage, it should not be rusted. Nor should the dealership feel good about themselves at selling me the car at a price of “mint” condition. I have called the dealership and expressed my anger and disappointment in the products they pride themselves in selling, and they simply have said, “well, had you brought it back to us to look at it, we could have worked out a deal, but since you didn’t, there is nothing we can do for you”. From being excited to have a new-to-me vehicle, this has been the WORST experience. It is an absolute shame that this is even acceptable, and even more of shame that the men I have spoken to pride themselves in this type of service. I will NEVER give them my business ever again. I am putting this out here for anyone that is looking to buy a new or used car. Save yourself the hassle, and do not even consider dealing with the salesmen at Imlay City Ford. More

MUCHHH better than other dealers i've dealt with I think most of us know that car dealers kind of have a bad reputation. So when dealing with car dealerships I always approach with caution so I don't I think most of us know that car dealers kind of have a bad reputation. So when dealing with car dealerships I always approach with caution so I don't get tricked into any hidden fees, etc. I went to trade in my car at a couple of other dealerships in the area and they all lowballed the heck out of me on my 2014 300c to the point that I would have had to carry over my debt into my new loan. Imlay City Ford was willing to pay the loan off AND knocked off some of the price on the new car I was buying. I didn't get them down to price I wanted but they were close enough. All in all, I am pleased with the whole deal and glad I went with Imlay City Ford over the other dealers in the area. Thank ya thank ya! More

Got an amazing deal on my Jeep I found my new Jeep Grand Cherokee online and saw that it was at Imlay City Ford. It was a bit of a drive but it was well worth it because I got a gre I found my new Jeep Grand Cherokee online and saw that it was at Imlay City Ford. I came back a couple of months later for my free oil change, they also noticed I had ran over a nail so they fixed my tire at no cost.
