They first checked with parts dep Being from out of town, on a weekend, no keys so start my car, I called Allini Nissan hoping but expecting bad news. They first checked with parts dept, then told me if I got the car towed to them, they would take care of me that day. Once the car was there, I was in and out in less than an hour. The whole service staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I wish my town had a dealership with service like that. I will add that they were less expensive than calling a locksmith too. customer service The only reason I choose this dealership was because we knew the salesman personally, if it wouldn't have been for him I would not have purchased the The only reason I choose this dealership was because we knew the salesman personally, if it wouldn't have been for him I would not have purchased the car there. There was still a few spots on the interior that were not clean after the car being in the detail shop. The dealership will not give you a full tank of gas if you are purchasing a used car, only half. I did not like that sales people do not have offices. The only office I was ever is was the finance office to sign the finishing paperwork. I did not like having to sit in the public lobby to discuss the deal. Customer service has gone down hill for this family of dealerships. More

Fell in love with the Murano - perfect vehicle for me. Excellent team work made the process very pleasant, easy and fun. I would highly recommend Illini Nissan to anyone in the market for a Nissan product. Nissan is by far a superior vehicle! Hopefully, this Murano will be by traveling companion for the next 19 years!
