They first checked with parts dept, then told me if I got the car towed to them, they would take care of me that day. Once the car was there, I was in and out in less than an hour. The whole service staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I wish my town had a dealership with service like that. I will add that they were less expensive than calling a locksmith too. customer service The only reason I choose this dealership was because we knew the salesman personally, if it wouldn't have been for him I would not have purchased the The only reason I choose this dealership was because we knew the salesman personally, if it wouldn't have been for him I would not have purchased the car there. There was still a few spots on the interior that were not clean after the car being in the detail shop. The dealership will not give you a full tank of gas if you are purchasing a used car, only half. I did not like that sales people do not have offices. The only office I was ever is was the finance office to sign the finishing paperwork. I did not like having to sit in the public lobby to discuss the deal. Customer service has gone down hill for this family of dealerships. More
