All members were very polite and helpful. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly finding a leak in the front timing cover as well as some recalled parts. I am very disappointed with my conversation with Misty who accused me of yelling to her on the phone, first of all. I wrote everything on paper as she related and told her that I was writing down what she said. Kevin stated he was with her when she was talking to me back up the untruth she was telling me. Then my car was repaired only to be loaded with gas smell all in the car when I got it back. There was gas wasted where the tank was taken out, carpet, and my mats are no more good! I am very disturbed and I will never take my car to Nissan Illini for repairs or even an oil change again. I want my car cleaned and my mats replaced and not cleaned because we tried to clean them and the smell is still there. More

Called sat am for appt..took me right away.
