I came in originally came in because I had a hole in my radiator and I needed it fixed. They had it fixed with a cost I thought was fair, but after I left and drove it for a day or so the engine light came radiator and I needed it fixed. They had it fixed with a cost I thought was fair, but after I left and drove it for a day or so the engine light came on so I brought it back to fix it. After a week of coming back and forth with the engine light still coming on, I left my vehicle there so that both mechanics that had been working on it could listen to it together because the light was still on, and it was running very rough. After they both heard it, they knew what was wrong. I needed a new engine, and I had already put 2,000 dollars in on it. With the engine being rebuilt it was going to cost me another 4600. Anyway it was going to be another week before I could get my vehicle, and with my job I need a car every day. So Gary loaned me a car for the week at no charge, since I had had my Murano in there for 2 weeks. Long story short, I picked up my vehicle on Saturday and the total cost me 6,600, but even though I wasn't expecting all the work on my vehicle but I felt Gary really worked hard with me to keep my life smooth at work, and even though it was stressful, my vehicle is working fine, and everyone was very nice and sympathetic to my situation. When we get this bill paid off, we are planning on buying a Rogue in the fall. More
I bought my Murano at Illini and wouldn't let anyone else service it. I always get an appointment quickly. The people are very nice and I feel comfortable about the quality of their work. Eric was out actual sales person. He was very well informed about the car we asked to look at. Any question we asked, he knew the answer. Then, when it came to the sale and paperwork, everyone at th informed about the car we asked to look at. Any question we asked, he knew the answer. Then, when it came to the sale and paperwork, everyone at the dealership was more than friendly and helpful. They stayed late and helped us finish up the deal as well as were available to answer questions whenever we had one. We would definitely deal with Worden Martin employees again and recommend them to anyone we know that is looking for a car. :) More
This really was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We wanted to have our car checked since we had a problem with the lights the night before, Our hometown is in Texas so we wanted to be sure all was in order before we continured on our vacation. Everyone, and especially Misty Brinkley, were very helpful and made us feel confident that the problem we had experience was a one time incident due to an improper closed trunk or door. Test were run on the car and it was shone to be in perfect running order. Misty gave us a list of phone numbers of Nissan dealerships that we would cross on our trip, She also gave us her card in case we needed more help. We felt very confident as we left this dealership. One more thing. This whole experience was over with in less than 30 minutes. More
I live in Danville, and hesitated driving "all the way" to Champaign to look at cars, and worried about service if "something happened." So, I shopped (a little) in Danville, test drove a few cars and then decided, I knew Wes Billings-Wilson, and thought---OK, I will go over there and give him a shot. I didn't expect him to give me any favors, just because I knew him. BUT, when I got to Nissan, and he was busy, EVERY ONE else jumped in to make sure I could test drive ANY car on the lot, and boy did we! I took my 18 year old daughter with me, so she would know the experience of car shopping. She could not believe the customer service we got. They gave us the keys, and said test away! BUT, when I finally got with Wes, and I sat in my SENTRA---that was it. I knew I HAD to have that car. BUT, I was working on a specific budget. So I was worried it might not work out. But I WAS already pre-approved with Capital One for a great interest rate, so I was hoping the money was right. As much as I wanted the BEAUTIFUL new 2013 Sentra Fully Loaded, my budget only allowed me the 2012, (not so fully loaded) , but it was closer to my budget, and it felt so good, I just felt like it "HAD TO WORK OUT!" AND then the suprise came during financing... Because of my credit score---Wes and his finance team was able to BEAT my already pre-approved financing, and I walked away that day, with my new 2012 Nissan Sentra. A 3 year service contract, and my first 3 months appointment scheduled. I LOVE my new car, I love how Wes and his team worked with me, and very easily. I was determined on my budget, and the car that I was trading in was in almost excellent condition. I get on average over 12 mpg MORE than I used to get, I saved money on my payment, and I can say that this car is my new little love! Thank you Wes, and your dealership. I have already gone to my first FREE OIL CHANGE, and my 2nd one booked. Effortless service when I pulled in a few weeks ago for that oil change. Had a donut and some coffee while I waited, in their VERY welcoming "waiting room"--and it really was NO wait at all--Out of there in under an hour on a Saturday. 5 Star rating for the process! Thank you all--I am thrilled with everything so far! More
