Illini Nissan

Illini Nissan is great! My car was making a squealing sound that got increasingly worse. I live in Bloomington and teach in Champaign so I stopped after work to have them check it out. Even though it was fifteen minutes before they closed, they checked it out for me. I found out if I had driven home to Bloomington my car would have caught on fire. The caliper had frozen, the tie rod and rotor were jacked up and the brake was nearly worn out. I had no way home and my son was with me. He started school in Champaign Monday because we are moving here next week. Gary was kind enough to loan me a complimentary rental car for the night and they had my car back on the road by lunchtime the following day!!! The price I paid was well under the estimate they had supplied, which is great considering I need all the money I can get for my house closing next week. Before this week I had no clue who my local mechanic would be once we move. I have had the same mechanic in Bloomington since 1990, so I need a mechanic I can trust. Luckily, I have already found Illini Nissan!!! More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary had come to me and told me the serpentine belt needed replaced and I agreed to that. When I went to pay, the bill was about $100 more than expected. Wh come to me and told me the serpentine belt needed replaced and I agreed to that. When I went to pay, the bill was about $100 more than expected. When I asked for details I found I was being charged for a battery. Nothing had been said about a battery needing replaced, and I had just had to replace the battery two years ago. (I hope they last longer that 2 years.) The Cashier brought it to Gary's attentions and he took care of getting the charge for the battery removed, as he agreed, the battery was not replaced. There is still a charge for $9.58 that I don't understand. It simply says, "Customer pay shop charge for repair order." What is that? Am I paying $9.58 just for coming in for service? I would encourage the cashier to walk through the bill with the customer. More

I was in the Market for a newer Car . I was really unsure that I would be able to get on at this time . On a Friday afternoon decided to take a drive to ford city to check out the New building an unsure that I would be able to get on at this time . On a Friday afternoon decided to take a drive to ford city to check out the New building and cars of course . The first lot I came to was the Nissan Side . I fell In love with a certain vehicle a used Chevy Captiva , I knew that was the one I wanted. I then met Wesley the salesman . He was so friendly , very knowledgeable , and straight forward. Talking with him even if I wasn't able to get this particular vehicle I knew I wanted him to be my salesman no matter what . I have dealt with previous salesman in the past at other dealerships and He is what a car salesman should be like . We went back On Saturday to try and see what we could make work . To my surprise I was able to get a really good deal and interest rate and 3 hours later I was bringing home my New Car !!! I also Would recommend Chad In Finance, I had my toddler with and she was at her last straw of being patient . He was so patient with her and with us for having her in there . He got her some paper and let her draw and gave her candy to try and help the situation . If your In the Market for a different car go see Wesley and Chad at Illini Nissan , They are hands down simply the Best !! More

Purchasing a new vehicle from Illini Nissan was a quick and easy process. The car I wanted was not available at their dealership and the sales team did a great job of finding the exact car I wanted.
