We were in need of a newer vehicle and wasn't looking for a brand new one, but Andy explained the rebates that were going on while we were there, and after crunching some numbers it was a better deal to for a brand new one, but Andy explained the rebates that were going on while we were there, and after crunching some numbers it was a better deal to buy new. After all the paperwork, we did not have time to go over all the mechanics of the vehicle, so Andy met me at my workplace the next day on my lunch hour and went over all the details with me, instead of me driving back to the dealership. I was very pleased with Andy's service, and also with Kim goiing over all the numbers thoroughly with me. ( I am a numbers person). Anyway we drove away with a new Red Rogue. More

I visited Illini Nissan looking to buy a Murano or possibly a Rogue. The car salesman that worked with me, Wes, was great. He was knowledgeable, polite and fair. I especially want to point out that I started my car searching journey without my husband and no one at the dealership was put out by that. They were willing to work directly with me so that I could take home the information and discuss it with my husband - even offering to let me drive the car home overnight so he could check it out. I will recommend Illini Nissan and Wes to everyone who will listen! More

I came in originally came in because I had a hole in my radiator and I needed it fixed. They had it fixed with a cost I thought was fair, but after I left and drove it for a day or so the engine light came radiator and I needed it fixed. They had it fixed with a cost I thought was fair, but after I left and drove it for a day or so the engine light came on so I brought it back to fix it. After a week of coming back and forth with the engine light still coming on, I left my vehicle there so that both mechanics that had been working on it could listen to it together because the light was still on, and it was running very rough. After they both heard it, they knew what was wrong. I needed a new engine, and I had already put 2,000 dollars in on it. With the engine being rebuilt it was going to cost me another 4600. Anyway it was going to be another week before I could get my vehicle, and with my job I need a car every day. So Gary loaned me a car for the week at no charge, since I had had my Murano in there for 2 weeks. Long story short, I picked up my vehicle on Saturday and the total cost me 6,600, but even though I wasn't expecting all the work on my vehicle but I felt Gary really worked hard with me to keep my life smooth at work, and even though it was stressful, my vehicle is working fine, and everyone was very nice and sympathetic to my situation. When we get this bill paid off, we are planning on buying a Rogue in the fall. More

I bought my Murano at Illini and wouldn't let anyone else service it. I always get an appointment quickly. The people are very nice and I feel comfortable about the quality of their work. Eric was out actual sales person. He was very well informed about the car we asked to look at. Any question we asked, he knew the answer. Then, when it came to the sale and paperwork, everyone at th informed about the car we asked to look at. Any question we asked, he knew the answer. They stayed late and helped us finish up the deal as well as were available to answer questions whenever we had one. We would definitely deal with Worden Martin employees again and recommend them to anyone we know that is looking for a car. :) More
