They did a very general inspection of the vehicle and didn't know much about it. To keep cost low they don't do much to the vehicles. Took some chance there, but they were knowledgeable and everything went smooth with the deal. I was happy with the purchase. Just to make sure things were kosher I took the vehicle to Illini Nissan to get use from my bumper to bumper warranty and a 2nd opinion on the current state of the vehicle. The staff is very courteous, efficient with the findings, let me know directly what should be done soon vs the future, cost, expectations of what the warranty covers vs insurance claims, the shuttle got me to work on time and was there early to pick me up when my shift was done. No pressure to purchase new tires (which the car needs badly) but gave a good quote. Very satisfied and not stressful at all. I will take the car back there for future maintenance and questions. More

Andy was always helpful sending me information but never pressuring me-I would imagine that many salespeople would have given up after a few weeks. I have also found that other dealers want to see you only a new car while Andy wanted me to buy what worked best for me. I ultimately purchased a new car because it was such a great deal. As a long time Nissan owner, I have also found Gary in the Service Department reliable. He is able to help me identify what if anything needs to be done immediately, and prioritize other longer term or optional services. (Yeah, I never did fix that electronic seat adjuster in my old car!) More
