Always my first choice! Always, friendly, down to earth, helpful staff who never try to sell me anything I may not need, but always let me know my options. Always, friendly, down to earth, helpful staff who never try to sell me anything I may not need, but always let me know my options. More

Dishonest as the day is long What a horrible dealer. Long story short they agreed to sell me a Honda certified Accord but after I drove 2 hrs and handed them my check, they pulled What a horrible dealer. Long story short they agreed to sell me a Honda certified Accord but after I drove 2 hrs and handed them my check, they pulled the certification saying "for the price you paid, we won't include the warranty". What a load of xx. What I paid means squat when you don't tell the person up front you are removing the certification. They lost a customer over $405 (their cost not mine). Salesperson fully explained to me (as does their website ad and their autotrader ad) that the car was certified. Have you ever seen a dealer yank the warranty after the deal was made? xxxx Ive never seen a certication pulled period! Bottom line, use Bluegrass Honda in Paducah. An hour drive but honest people. I don't know if I was too lucky or something else but it took me only 2 days to buy that car. The first day I went to Ike Honda, I tested the first car I had the first impression and I did like it. I decide took me only 2 days to buy that car. The first day I went to Ike Honda, I tested the first car I had the first impression and I did like it. I decided to buy that car! My salesperson was Jeremy Harvey. He was very nice, friendly and enthusiastic. I came to see him the next day and it didn't take us too long to reach a deal, just after an hour I think. It was pretty easy for me. I came home with a full tank. They sent me coupons of a free oil change and $250 at Collison Center (with damage over $3000) a week later. I am very pleased with my car, the deal I got, and customer service I've had with Ike Honda. I will definitely recommend it to other friends! More
I was reading the above comment and couldn't believe that we had the same sales person. Otto was the most helpful and nicest sales person that I have ever delt with. When I asked him a question about the A we had the same sales person. Otto was the most helpful and nicest sales person that I have ever delt with. When I asked him a question about the Accord he was quick with the answer. When I came in I didn't really know which Accord model would suit me best. We sat down on the showroom floor and he asked a few simple questions and then he said he would be right back. He pulled a beautiful Accord in to there A/C delivery center to show us the car because it was like 100 degrees outside. He went over the while car and then we went for a test drive. When we got back I told him this was the car that we wanted. We went in and the deal only took about 20 minutes. We were in and out of the finance office in about 45 minutes. I just wanted to thank Otto and Ike Honda for the best car purchase experience we had ever had. Thanks Mike Woodburn! More
My wife and I tried to purchase a car from this company. We were dealing with a young guy named Otto. He was as condescending as they come. He talked to us like we were 10 year olds buying our first skate We were dealing with a young guy named Otto. He was as condescending as they come. He talked to us like we were 10 year olds buying our first skate board. If we didn't have correct information, he did his best to satisfy his superiority complex by makings us feel like crap....and that's just the beginning. I had decided that I would deal with this jerk, despite his shortcomings, b/c I thought we were going to get a good deal. He gave us...or I should say his "manager" gave us a price. It was ok, but not what we wanted so we left. Otto called me two days later proclaiming "I have great news, I can beat the last price we offered you and we are sure to make you happy with this deal!" So I called him, and said "I'll be back with my wife tonight". When we went back that night and he was shady as ever. He new NOTHING about the history of the car, even though it was supposedly owned by the service managers parents. The car had a towing hitch, so I asked what had been towed with it (a pretty logical question considering the car had a 4 cylinder engine). His answer was "I'm sure they only used it once" and "they were a family of considerable means...they can afford to buy whatever they want so why would they tow something." He pretty well avoided answering me at all costs. The only thing he said that was relevant to the vehicle was "this is the most highly celebrated mid-sized SUV in America!" ....thanks Otto, we get the picture. We went inside again to talk price. He went back to his "manager" again, this time coming out with the number that was supposed to "make us happy"...only it was almost $1000.00 more than the first number they gave us. When I questioned it, he lied and tried to make me seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. He also tried to convince me that the original starting price of the car was $18,000.00, when it was actually $15,999.00 (again, according to his manager). When I asked what happened to the last managers price, he told me that the previous manager wasn't "authorized to give me that price." After he could see that I wasn't buying that excuse he said "no, the last manager said MAYBE he could give you that price." Basically it was the old "bait 'n switch." We got up, shook his slimy hand, and left. My overall impression of Otto as a salesman is that he is either an intern, and we were his first "pitch" ever, or he's the child or relative of someone who works/owns the dealership. He didn't carry himself as a well informed salesman by any means, and he didn't work hard to earn my business. He treated my wife and I like dirt, and all the while kept a look of self-achievement on his face that made us feel even worse. I should have known better after the first day I walked into the dealer to look around. I walked in the door and two salesman looked out at my old truck, looked at me, and then said, "oh you must be here for the service department." After I told them I'd like to talk to someone in sales, they whispered back and forth, and then sent me the aforementioned piece of work to deal with. I will never deal with IKE Honda and I will never suggest a friend to them. We drove across the street to Marion Toyota, and purchased our vehicle there. We weren't made to feel like idiots, and we actually got a good deal on the car. More
