Thank You for your feedback, We have attempted to verify your claim. However, we unable to find any record that you visited Ideal Hyundai’s service department. Our Service Manager also does not have any recollection of ever speaking with you regarding your concerns. Hello, Thank You for your feedback, We apologize that you feel that Ideal Hyundai Buick GMC did not meet your expectations. It is always our priority to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchase. We understand your frustration. However, you purchased your vehicle over 2 years ago and have driven more than twice the national average in miles that most people put on their vehicle in a years’ time. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict when components in an older pre-owned vehicle may fail and as a vehicle ages, there may be maintenance and repairs needed along the way. Also, you paid substantially less than $17,000 for your vehicle so it would be impossible for it to depreciate to the amount that you stated. When you approached us and considered purchasing a new vehicle rather than paying for the repairs needed to your current vehicle. You failed to inform us the next that you decided not to purchase the new vehicle and did not let us know that you would be picking up your current vehicle from service. If you had, we would have happily had it ready for you washed and pulled up. It can be frustrating when a vehicle needs repairs. However, Ideal’s Sales and Service staff did their absolute best to assist you through a difficult situation. We apologize that your experience was not to your expectations. We do appreciate you sharing your experience and if we can be of any assistance to you in the future, please let us know.
