Perfect Sales Team, Not So Perfect Service Team I would like to start by saying the sales team is absolutely perfect! I bought my car from them about 1 1/2 years ago and the friendliness/helpfulness I would like to start by saying the sales team is absolutely perfect! I bought my car from them about 1 1/2 years ago and the friendliness/helpfulness of the sales staff was more than excellent! Unfortunately, I could not say the same about the service staff. I recently visited for an oil change and tire rotation with a multipoint inspection. The service employee was very short and rude to me from the beginning (I even arrived a half an hour before my service appointment). When the service was done, all that was asked of me was payment. He did not explain to me how the inspection went until I asked. Apparently they had found that my rear break pads needed to be replaced, but because it was already late they couldn’t fix the issue. I had traveled 45 minutes to get my car serviced at this specific location. On top of that, they didn’t give me the free car wash I was promised (free car washes for life when you purchase a car from them) until after I asked and even at that point he seemed very annoyed. Another issue that I found was that the tire pressure light was on even though the inspection paper showed they checked it (the man told me the light would turn off after driving over 20mph). The tire pressure light is still currently on. I am very disappointed in the service department and I will not return for any more services in the future. More
Loyal Customer Having purchased a new and a used vehicle in the past 2 years, I have come to know that , within every department, the staff is knowledgeable, persona Having purchased a new and a used vehicle in the past 2 years, I have come to know that , within every department, the staff is knowledgeable, personable and professional. They are all willing to take time and address, even the smallest of, concerns or questions. They go out of their way to go above and beyond , as they help you. I stop by regularly for everything ( from car washes to oil changes and rotations to regular maintenance, and even detailing). Recently, I was out of the area and called from 'out of state', to get help for my daughter's car when she had a problem. They worked her in. They even reached out to a nearby Honda Team for specific help with my daughter's used car. That's what I call, 'going the extra mile ' for the customer. The entire staff , from management to service to car washes, are stellar. Across the board; I couldn't recommend a better dealership with better service. More

Routine service gone wrong Came in for routine service. Was convinced to add on an additional more in depth cleaning. Turned out this service is actually not suggested for my ca Came in for routine service. Was convinced to add on an additional more in depth cleaning. Turned out this service is actually not suggested for my car. Ended up clogging a valve which needed replaced. Even after being "fixed" my car is not running well. Taking it to another more trusted dealer in hopes they will be able to fix what has been done. Overall I am frustrated and feel scammed into agreeing to the additional service which is leading to so many headaches down the road. Just re-evaluated my bill and found a charge for a service I had asked to not have due to recent oil change/tire rotation. More
