An Ideal Experience I had a MAJOR repair job on my GMC Terrain in my future. I walked into the service dept. of Ideal, was greeted right away. Upon telling John the probl I had a MAJOR repair job on my GMC Terrain in my future. I walked into the service dept. of Ideal, was greeted right away. Upon telling John the problem with my vehicle, we agreed that the car should be towed there for full diagnostic once over. We also agreed that it may well be a covered repair under my powertrain warranty. John got everything ok not the system, and from there I had to do nothing. John confirmed the warranty would cover the extensive repair. He called and updated me on the progress of the job, he arranged for a rental car for 3 days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Thanks! More

Took 6 days to resolve the problem which was a dead battery I could' not start my 2013 Sonata which was in the my garage. Also the gear shift lever was locked so I could't start the car. A dead battery symbol n I could' not start my 2013 Sonata which was in the my garage. Also the gear shift lever was locked so I could't start the car. A dead battery symbol never lit up. Only a symbol indicating immovable key lock (?). I learned from the service manual that I had to unlock the locked key by pressing hard on the unlock button on the side of the gear shift. I then called Hyundai to set up a tow which cost me $100, I was advised there were 7 cars ahead of me for service. & I had to wait my turn. There was only one service technician qualified to work on my car which presented several potential problem. I was very frustrated. I have purchased 3 new Hyundai's .from your dealership & have serviced my Hyundai & Buick for 9 years. Doesn't my customer loyalty for 9 years count for something? What can you do for me? Quality check after repair was poor I had issues with mis-wired components after the repair was complete. A thorough quality check was not completed which would have posed a driving haza I had issues with mis-wired components after the repair was complete. I was able to drop my vehicle the night before and spoke with a salesman who didn’t try and sell me anything extra, actually dropped some of the service because we had it done last visit. I dare say some salesmen would just go ahead and soak you for service you don’t need. I used an internet coupon from the dealership, service was performed the next day without issue or phone calls offering other service. I would recomend Ideal for service to anyone! Very pleased!!! More
