Thank You for your feedback and we apologize that you are less than satisfied with your recent visit with our service department. Please understand that when you brought your vehicle in for a recall that was covered by Hyundai, it does not cover any other diagnostics which require additional time to locate the cause. The service advisor was up front and honest with you about the process that we use when diagnosing other issues that may or not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This is a standard procedure for dealerships and independent service centers to charge a diagnostic fee. If the popping noise was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then we would have waived the diagnostic fee. We do appreciate you sharing your experience and please let us know if we can be of any assistance to you in the future.

Thank You for your feedback and we apologize that you are less than satisfied with your recent visits to our service department. At your request, we did investigate the issue you were experiencing with your headlights. After a thorough check, it was determined that the lenses and candle power were within Hyundai specifications for the design of your vehicle. Unfortunately, were unable to fix something that is working as it is designed. You brought your vehicle to another Hyundai dealership and they came to the same conclusion that there was no issue with the headlights. We apologize that you feel that your issue has not been resolved. However, our Service Manager has been in contact with you to address your concerns. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or repair something that is working as designed. We do appreciate you sharing your experience and hope to have the opportunity to assist you in the future.
