I found the Sales Manger, Finance Manger and Sales Professional to be lacking in knowledge or ability to correctly sell an Ioniq 5 Electric Vehicle. The subsequent hours I have had to spend to correct errors and to review manuals, contracts and videos for the purchase, registration and licensing of the car is not yet complete after 10 days. My error was assuming that Ideal was a highly professional, knowledgeable, well trained reputable dealership. More
